Add a contact

Add one person to the CRM by hand. Email is required and is the unique key - if someone with that email already exists, you'll be taken to their record instead.

Only tick Opted in if this person has actually agreed to receive marketing email - adding someone here is not itself consent.

Import contacts from CSV

First row must be a header. An email column is required; name, phone, town, postcode, tags are optional (common header names are matched automatically). Download a template.

CSV file Add tags to everyone in this import (optional) These contacts have already consented to receive marketing email (e.g. an existing opt-in list). Tick only if true - it marks them as opted-in. Leave unticked to import them as "unknown" (not emailable until they opt in).
